Job summary

Sares Regis Group Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor I for our Tribeca Urban community in Marina del Rey, CA. You will supervise staff and outside contractors to maintain and repair buildings and grounds.

The role requires 2 years in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor, multi-trade experience, and strong communication skills. A valid driver's license and auto insurance are required. Weekend and overtime may be necessary; competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Prefer Yardi experience.
• Experience in all trades.
• Excellent written, communication and computer skills.
• Past supervisory experience required.
• Current driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Directs employees and outside contractors in renovations, service requests, repairs and grounds maintenance.
• Obtains bids from outside contractors and submits for action.
• Orders and receives supplies and equipment from vendors.
• Coordinates work by outside vendors and inspects completed work.
• Inspects facilities and equipment to determine needs and estimates.
• Sets or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Suggests changes to improve efficiency of the work crew.
• Assists Property Manager in planning and administering the maintenance budget.
• Participates in after-hours and emergency coverage as needed.
