Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years relevant work experience.
• Less than 1 year of supervisory experience.
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC.
• CAMT certification.
• Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding supervisory skills.
• Ability to manage and work with a diverse group of people and personalities.
• Availability for on-call activity during off-hours for urgent needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at the property as the on-site supervisor.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks across trades.
• Maintain grounds, curb appeal, and site cleanliness.
• Complete monthly building and unit inspections to meet standards.
• Review third-party inspections and address needed repairs.
• Prepare work schedules and manage preventive maintenance.
• Solicit bids for capital projects with approvals.
• Participate in on-call rotations for emergencies.
