Job summary

CSP, a leading provider in lightweight composite components, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor at its Huntington facility. You will organize shift plans, prioritize tasks, and uphold safety and craftsmanship standards while collaborating with other departments to minimize production disruptions.

With 5+ years in maintenance supervision and hydraulics know-how, you will mentor teams, drive cost-conscious execution, and ensure timely, safe completion of projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with mechanical or electrical technology preferred or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of related experience including supervisor in the maintenance area.
• Experience with hydraulics and preventive maintenance.
