Qualifications

• Five or more years of related experience including supervisor in the maintenance area.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of hydraulics and fluid power systems.
• Commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship.

Responsabilités

• Organize daily or weekly work plans for each shift and ensure tasks are completed.
• Prioritize tasks and allocate resources to maximize benefits.
• Uphold standards for safety, craftsmanship, and skill levels.
• Collaborate with other departments to minimize disruptions to facility operations.
• Maintain knowledge of ongoing jobs by direct inspection and timely reporting.
• Keep management informed about maintenance performance and challenges.
• Ensure maintenance work is on time, within budget, and safely.
• Mentor maintenance teams and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Advocate for process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Delegate urgent tasks and ensure safe completion.
• Apply hydraulics expertise to maintain and troubleshoot equipment.
