Wesley Apartment Homes LLC is seeking a fully licensed Maintenance Supervisor for our brand new Heron Mill Apartments in Douglasville. You will oversee daily maintenance tasks, troubleshoot, and ensure the property runs smoothly with high resident satisfaction.

You will interact with residents, coordinate with the management team, and help maintain safety and quality standards in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Competitive benefits, housing discounts, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Maintenance supervisor must be fully licensed.
• HVAC certifications must be current.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Willingness to respond to on-call emergencies.
• Commitment to strong customer service and resident communication.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on property equipment as directed.
• Diagnose and repair residential systems and components (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Move appliances/equipment between storage and units as needed.
• Respond to service requests and emergencies within 24 hours (except parts/labor delays).
• Support safety by identifying hazards and ensuring a secure living environment.
