Starting pay ranges from $23 to $25 per hour DOE with certifications, plus potential monthly bonuses and a substantial apartment discount. Applicants must have 1–3 years of maintenance experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family properties.
• EPA Certification Required
• Knowledge of Federal, State and Local Fair Housing laws, OSHA, and EPA regulations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Inspect grounds, buildings, and related features to keep the property well maintained.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance on equipment as directed.
• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance or repairs including HVAC and pool maintenance if applicable.
• Provide courteous customer service and communicate effectively with tenants and staff.
• Be on-call on a rotational basis and lift up to 25 pounds or more.
