Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor for Lakes at Crossbridge in Indianapolis, IN. You will lead the on-site maintenance team, manage preventative tasks, monitor expenses, and ensure curb appeal and safety across common areas and units.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in maintenance or property management.
• EPA/HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance expenses and keep costs under budget.
• Inspect community grounds each morning.
• Perform unit turns and prepare vacants for occupancy.
• Complete maintenance requests promptly.
• Supervise contractors on site.
• Provide after-hours emergency resident support.
• Maintain maintenance records across units and the site.
