Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Canterbury House Apartments in Michigan City, IN. The role ensures curb appeal and daily site maintenance, manages on-site personnel and oversees preventive maintenance programs.

A strong background in plumbing, electrical and appliance repair is required, with HVAC/EPA certification preferred. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $26 per hour, paid weekly, and a boot stipend of $200.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience desired.
• HVAC/EPA Certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions and simple correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic math operations and interpret simple graphs.
• Ability to follow detailed but straightforward instructions.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Monitor maintenance expenses and ensure they are below budget.
• Perform an inspection of community grounds each morning.
• Prepare all vacant units for occupancy and perform turn.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Maintain landscaping, snow removal, and general curb appeal.
• Supervise contractors and provide emergency resident support after hours.
• Maintain maintenance records for units and common areas.
