Job summary

The Ascent Apartments in San Antonio, TX is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at our apartment community. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, unit turns, and the ability to lead and support a maintenance team.

Essential functions include responding to service requests, resolving issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances, preparing vacant units for market-ready

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification required.
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
