Tarantino Properties, Inc. is seeking Maintenance Assistants in San Antonio, TX to join an experienced maintenance team.

You will grow your skills in apartment maintenance, handle work orders, on-call rotations, and preventive tasks on a daily basis.

Requirements include HVAC basics and plumbing knowledge; EPA HVAC certification and pool certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge including furnaces and basic repair.
• Experience with apartment maintenance and make-ready processes.
• Experience with work order systems and on-call rotations.

Responsabilités

• Complete maintenance work orders promptly and professionally.
• Perform apartment make-ready tasks and unit preparation.
• Diagnose and repair basic HVAC, furnaces, and AC.
• Identify and fix plumbing issues such as leaks.
• Maintain pool equipment and safety standards.
• Assist with general property upkeep and preventative maintenance.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests on rotation.
• Be dependable, proactive, and capable of handling various tasks.

Tarantino Properties is currently seeking Maintenance Assistants in San Antonio, TX.

This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in apartment maintenance while working alongside an experienced maintenance team.

Essential Functions:

• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Perform apartment make-ready tasks, including repairs and unit preparation
• Diagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, furnaces, and air conditioning units
• Identify and fix plumbing issues such as leaks and minor pipe repairs
• Maintain pool equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Assist with general property upkeep, including preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as part of an on-call rotation
• This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks to keep the property running smoothly.
  

Requirements

• HVAC (EPA) certification preferred
• Pool certification preferred
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, furnaces, and plumbing
• Experience with apartment maintenance, make-ready processes, and work order systems
