Tyson Foods in Dakota City, Nebraska is seeking a Supervisor of Maintenance to lead a team of 15 technicians, coordinate preventative maintenance, and ensure a safe, clean plant environment in a food manufacturing setting. You will diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC issues, reduce downtime, and support the Maintenance Manager in policy implementation while upholding SQF/GMP standards.

• Leadership experience supervising a maintenance team in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to diagnose basic electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and PLC problems.
• Knowledge of SQF or GMP practices and safety-first culture.
