Job summary

Keolis America, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee heavy-duty vehicle maintenance in a 24/7 transit environment. The role leads Technicians, ensures QA/QC standards, and coordinates with vendors for warranty and contracted work.

The position requires Master Bus Technician credentials or equivalent certification and strong computer skills. The supervisor will ensure compliance with manufacturer maintenance schedules and state/federal regulations, while mentoring staff and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of vehicle maintenance repair supervisory experience in heavy-duty truck or bus
• Must be able to perform Maintenance Q/C audits and inspections
• Must be computer literate with Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Access shift workload and assign work to Technicians
• Monitor Technician workflow and update bus ready list
• Work with vendors for warranty and contract work and ensure documentation
• Ensure compliance with vehicle maintenance requirements and regulations
• Perform QA inspections on completed work to verify policy compliance
• Closeout shift and handoff to next supervisor
• Perform other duties as assigned
