Job summary

Keolis America, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor for an on-site, full-time role in Leesburg, VA. Earn $43 per hour and a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with training milestones paid after completion and performance checks.

You will lead maintenance teams, oversee work orders, ensure compliance, and coordinate with vendors in a 24/7 operation. Minimum 2 years of supervisory heavy-duty vehicle maintenance experience and proficiency with Word/Excel are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of vehicle maintenance repair supervisory experience in heavy-duty truck or bus.
• Must be computer literate with Word and Excel experience
• Experience with Dossier systems work order, Labor compliance and data retrieval
• Must be flexible and able to work in a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Access shift workload and assigns work to Technicians
• Monitor Technician workflow, and update bus ready list
• Work with vendors performing warranty and contract work on the property, ensuring documentation and QA
• Ensures compliance with vehicle manufacturers maintenance requirements, state and federal regulations
• Perform QA inspections on completed work to verify compliance with policies
• Review all work orders to properly post parts and notes
• Closeout shift, interface with the next shift Supervisor
• Perform other duties as assigned
