Ashland-Place-Health-and-Rehabilitation-LL in Mobile, AL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance department, oversee the physical plant, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and security systems, and coordinate services with other departments. You will supervise maintenance staff, participate in Department Head and corporate meetings, and may serve as Weekend Manager.

• Training and experience in environmental control and physical plant maintenance.
• Experience in repair of refrigeration, air conditioning, generators, plumbing, electrical and security systems.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in maintenance or related field.
• Patience, tact, enthusiasm, and positive attitude toward the elderly and disabled.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direction and supervision of maintenance department operations.
• Coordinate maintenance services with related departments.
• Supervise maintenance assistant, if applicable.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate personnel actions with the Administrator.
• Participate in Department Head and corporate meetings.
• Work with facility management team in a collaborative manner.
• Serve as Weekend Manager as scheduled.
• Respond to emergency situations as necessary.
