Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance staff; manage daily work orders and deadlines
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
• Diagnose and oversee repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations
• Monitor supplies and order parts; manage inventory
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections
• Interact with staff and clients to resolve maintenance concerns professionally
• Mentor junior technicians and promote best practices
