NHS Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance department, directing operations, planning and staffing to keep the facility in top condition. You will oversee the physical plant, HVAC, and essential equipment and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth facility services.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, strong leadership, and the ability to respond to emergencies.

Competenze

• Experience in environmental control and physical plant maintenance.
• Repair and operation of HVAC equipment, refrigeration, generators, plumbing, electrical and security systems.
• At least 1 year in maintenance or related field.
• Patient and family-facing attitude toward elderly and disabled.

• Supervise maintenance staff as applicable.

We are in search of a Maintenance Supervisor within the organization:

To provide direction and support for the Maintenance department, to include planning, organizing, staffing and supervising departmental operations and in the maintenance of the physical plant to include interior and exterior of building, heating and cooling system and departmental equipment. Coordinate maintenance services and activities with other related departments. Supervise maintenance assistant, if applicable. Maintain appropriate documentation and coordinate personnel actions with the Administrator.

• Participates in Department Head and corporate meetings as scheduled.
• Work with facility management team in a collaborative manner.
• Serve as Weekend Manager as scheduled.
• Respond to emergency situations as necessary.

Qualifications

• Training and experience in environmental control, physical plant maintenance and operation and repair of required maintenance equipment including refrigeration, air conditioning, generators, plumbing, electrical and security systems
• Minimum of 1-year experience in maintenance or related field
• Must have patience, tact, enthusiasm, and positive attitude toward the elderly and disabled
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job
