Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience in environmental control and physical plant maintenance.
- Repair and operation of HVAC equipment, refrigeration, generators, plumbing, electrical and security systems.
- At least 1 year in maintenance or related field.
- Patient and family-facing attitude toward elderly and disabled.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, staff and supervise maintenance operations.
- Coordinate maintenance services with related departments.
- Supervise maintenance staff as applicable.
- Maintain documentation and coordinate with the Administrator.
- Serve as Weekend Manager as scheduled.
