Job summary

Dimension Hospitality Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations across hotel facilities, guest rooms, and public spaces, supporting the Chief Engineer in leading the team and maintaining high standards.

You will manage preventive maintenance, inspect rooms and public areas, and coordinate repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems while ensuring safety and brand compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, commercial building, or facilities maintenance.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Comfortable using maintenance management systems and work-order tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities and team assignments.
• Perform and oversee repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building systems.
• Assist in the development and execution of preventive maintenance programs.
• Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Support emergency repairs and respond promptly to maintenance-related issues.
• Ensure maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and repair documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and order maintenance supplies and equipment as needed.
• Train, coach, and support maintenance team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, brand standards, and property procedures.
• Assist the Chief Engineer with departmental planning, projects, and capital improvement initiatives.
• Partner with other hotel departments to address operational and guest service needs.

The Role
