Job summary

North Shore Gardens in Tampa, FL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for one of our apartment communities. This full-time role reports to the Community Manager and oversees all maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications

• HVAC certified with ability to maintain, repair and replace HVAC systems.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry tasks.
• Proven ability to supervise maintenance staff and coordinate work orders.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and oversee all workload duties.
• Ensure work orders and make-readies are completed promptly.
• Coordinate with Community Manager on projects and orders.
• Perform minor electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and masonry tasks.
• Maintain HVAC systems and diagnose/repair issues.
• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance.
• Read manuals for maintenance procedures.
• Respond to emergencies after hours and flexible scheduling.
