Avanti Residential is hiring a Service Manager for Forum Fitzsimons in Aurora, CO. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee a comprehensive preventive maintenance program, and ensure apartment units are inspection-ready for new move-ins while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires 3+ years of property maintenance management and 1+ year supervisory experience, plus HVAC/plumbing/electrical proficiency and EPA Type II/Universal certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property maintenance management experience.
• 1+ year supervisory experience.
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification required.
• CPO certification required where applicable.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, and related repairs.
• Driver’s license and up-to-date vehicle insurance.

Responsabilités

• Lead maintenance staff with directions, priorities, and schedules daily.
• Maintain, build, schedule, and complete a preventive maintenance program.
• Ensure units are ready for move-ins after inspections.
• Complete work orders promptly and safely.
• Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance on-call support.
