Job summary

Boardwalk Pipelines, LP, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Plaquemine, LA office to lead maintenance across storage facilities and related assets, ensuring safe, reliable operations and regulatory compliance.

The role supervises 4–6 direct reports, coordinates with operations and control rooms, and drives preventive and predictive maintenance programs to optimize asset performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude required.
• Experience with preventive maintenance practices required.
• Familiar with DOT 192/195 regulations.
• Excellent verbal communication skills required.
• Proficient computer skills required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance across storage facilities and assets.
• Supervise 4–6 direct reports and coach their development.
• Coordinate maintenance work with operations, control rooms, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide field leadership for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation systems and related equipment.
• Develop, maintain and reinforce standardized maintenance procedures and safety practices.
• Support preventive, predictive, corrective, and routine maintenance programs to improve reliability.
• Ensure work orders, equipment history, and compliance records are accurate and current.
• Plan, schedule and track active work orders, outages, and materials.
