Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with preventive maintenance practices.
• Familiar with DOT 192 and 195 Regulations.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Ability to supervise and develop direct reports.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Safety-focused with history of safe work.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance activities to ensure assets operate safely, reliably, and efficiently.
• Supervise, coach, train, and develop direct reports; follow company policies and expectations.
• Coordinate maintenance work with operations, control rooms, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide field leadership and troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, rotating equipment, and related systems.
• Develop, maintain, and reinforce standardized maintenance procedures aligned with codes.
• Support preventive, corrective, predictive, routine, and condition-based maintenance programs.
• Ensure work orders, equipment history, drawings, P&IDs, compliance records, KPIs, and documentation are current.
• Plan, schedule, and track active work orders, outages, materials, and contractor support.
• Manage spare parts, requisitions, budget inputs, forecasting, and costs.
• Lead safe work planning including permit awareness, lockout/tagout, live-work controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve maintenance practices and reliability.
• Support emergency response, projects, upgrades, and other operational needs.
• Work with Reliability Team and Operations Engineers.
