Job summary

Sedgebrook Senior Living is seeking a hospitality-focused Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform maintenance operations at our Lincolnshire location. You will coordinate daily work orders, supervise technicians, and ensure preventive maintenance across residential, common, and clinical spaces.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, HVAC certification, 5+ years in healthcare facilities maintenance, and 2+ years in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC certification required; other trade certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support maintenance technicians to ensure productivity and quality performance.
• Assign, prioritize, and monitor work orders and preventive maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs throughout residential, common, and clinical spaces.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues and equipment failures.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM

Rate of Pay: $28 - 30 per hour, depending on experience

$2,000 Sign On Bonus paid in three increments - $500 (6 months), $500 (12 months), & $1,000 (18 months)

Sedgebrook Senior Living is recruiting for a hospitality focused Maintenance Supervisor to join our team! This position is responsible for overseeing and performing maintenance operations, coordinating daily work orders and preventive maintenance activities under the leadership of the facilities management.

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in healthcare, senior living, assisted living, skilled nursing or a comparable environment is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in facilities or equivalent field.
