Job summary

Sedgebrook Senior Living in Lincolnshire, IL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform maintenance operations across residential, common, and clinical spaces. You will supervise technicians, coordinate daily work orders, and lead preventive maintenance under facilities leadership.

The role requires HVAC certification and 5 years in healthcare or similar settings, plus at least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC certification and experience required.
• Minimum 5 years maintenance experience in healthcare or similar environment preferred.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in facilities or equivalent field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support maintenance technicians to ensure productivity and quality performance.
• Assign, prioritize, and monitor work orders and preventive maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs throughout residential, common, and clinical spaces.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues and equipment failures.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM

Rate of Pay: $28 - 30 per hour, depending on experience

$2,000 Sign On Bonus paid in three increments - $500 (6 months), $500 (12 months), & $1,000 (18 months)
