Job summary

Sedgebrook Senior Living is recruiting a hospitality focused Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations, organize daily work orders and preventive maintenance under facilities management. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, HVAC certification, five years of healthcare or senior living maintenance experience, and two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support maintenance technicians to ensure productivity and quality.
• Assign, prioritize, and monitor work orders and preventive maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs throughout residential, common, and clinical spaces.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues and equipment failures.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.

Title: Maintenance Supervisor

FLSA Status: Non Exempt, Full-Time

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM

Rate of Pay: $28 - 30 per hour, depending on experience

$2,000 Sign On Bonus paid in three increments - $500 (6 months), $500 (12 months), & $1,000 (18 months)
