You will champion safety, drive production excellence, and translate strategic goals into daily operational results across day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

The role emphasizes data‑driven improvements, team development, and collaboration with suppliers and management to deliver high‑quality batteries at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3–7+ years of supervisory/manufacturing/military experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls.
