Job summary

Ford Motor Company in Michigan is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a dedicated hourly team at BlueOval Battery Park Michigan as part of a ground-up manufacturing startup for next-generation vehicle batteries.

You will drive safety, quality, and performance initiatives, manage rotating shifts, and apply Lean concepts to deliver high-quality outputs on schedule while developing your team and fostering a culture of trust and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends
• Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodology and / or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) Experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a hourly production team to meet targets and quality standards.
• Champion workplace safety and enforce regulations across shifts.
• Drive continuous improvement using data-driven approaches and Lean concepts.
