You will champion safety, quality, Lean practices, and data-driven decision making while aligning daily operations with strategic goals. The role demands flexibility across shifts and a servant-leadership style to build high-performing teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends.
• Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls.
• Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodology and / or Military Decision‑Making Process (MDMP) Experience.
