Job summary

Oats Overnight is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure smooth operation of our facilities and equipment, including our HMC automated machinery. You will lead the maintenance team, perform preventative and corrective maintenance, and drive uptime while upholding safety and food safety standards.

You will oversee inspections, repair scheduling, and documentation of maintenance logs, while developing and maintaining quality and team safety standards in a fast-moving, equity-driven growth

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with technical certification preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years in manufacturing maintenance with some leadership experience.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics; PLC skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance processes and lead the maintenance team.
• Set direction and priorities for maintenance staff.
• Maintain all machinery to ensure reliable operation and safety compliance.
• Inspect facilities regularly to detect and resolve problems.
• Manage repair and installation activities and document progress.
