Qualifications

• Minimum 2-7 years of experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Experience in food, beverage, or consumer goods is required.
• Associates degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or Engineering Technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight maintenance team and ensure facility continuity.
• Coach team members in troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Support and expand Preventive/Predictive Maintenance efforts.
• Utilize CMMS system for job tasks.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
