Job summary

Strong troubleshooting, CMMS experience, and on-site leadership in a cold production environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience is preferred.
• Experience leading or supervising a maintenance team.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS.
• Food processing or packaging equipment experience is a plus.
• Understanding of safety and sanitation practices in a food environment.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and sanitation teams.
• Support equipment repairs, parts purchasing, and outside service providers.
• Maintain safe work practices and compliance with applicable food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Previous maintenance supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS.
• Food processing, meat or poultry production, or packaging equipment experience preferred.
• Understanding of workplace safety, sanitation, and good manufacturing practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working onsite in a cold production environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical education is a plus.
