Job Description

Maintain production machines and complete administrative duties for department personnel.

Position Summary

Oversee machine maintenance, manage personnel, and ensure safety and efficiency in the department.

Essential Functions

• Manage department personnel, assign roles, organize labor, and coordinate projects.
• Perform machine maintenance, train staff, and monitor ongoing jobs.
• Review pricing, check inventory, and determine purchase needs.
• Schedule preventative maintenance, identify needs for night shift, and perform repairs.
• Ensure OSHA compliance by monitoring safety violations, hazardous waste, and safety procedures.

Other Functions

Perform other company projects as needed.

Physical Demands

Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, hear, and sit. Close vision at 20 inches or less. Ability to perceive color, depth, and adjust focus. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Extensive experience in production machine maintenance
