Job summary

Westminster Communities of Bradenton is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to assist the Maintenance Director in supervising and coordinating staff responsible for building, equipment, and grounds maintenance at our Life Plan community in Bradenton, FL. This full-time role (40 hours/week) may require after-hours support for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and assign work orders.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly maintenance tasks and schedules.
• Manage maintenance inventory and orders.
• Coordinate repairs with contractors and vendors.
• Train staff on troubleshooting electrical, plumbing and A/C systems.
