Job summary

Article Student Living is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee safety, appearance, and all property maintenance operations at our high-end communities. You will lead on-site maintenance staff and coordinate with the Property Manager to maintain curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

The role reports to the Property Manager and offers a pay range of $28-$30 per hour plus an annual bonus, with benefits including health, PTO, holidays, and 401K match.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in residential apartment-style housing.
• Management experience.
• Maintenance and safety certifications.
• EPA Universal certification is required.
• Customer service focused.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all physical assets of the property
• Provide solutions to issues or concerns that may arise on the property
• Provide suggestions for opportunities for improvement and efficiency
• Maintain safety records and ensure a safe environment for staff and residents
• Manage the on-site maintenance team and instruct on best practices

Article Student Living is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and ensure our established standards for our communities, including safety, appearance, and all property maintenance operations. As a high-end community, the standards for grounds, community areas, and overall curb appeal are a priority. Together with the Property Manager, you will oversee the work of other maintenance staff on location. You and your team will work with residents, so excellent customer service is something we take in high regard.
