Job summary

Article Student Living is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all property maintenance operations across our high-end communities, ensuring safety, curb appeal, and exceptional service for residents.

Reporting to the Property Manager and coordinating with the Regional Maintenance Manager, you will lead on-site staff, manage budgets, and partner with vendors to maintain assets and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance and management experience in residential housing.
• EPA Universal certification required.
• CPO certification is favorable.
• Customer service focused and safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all physical assets of the property.
• Provide solutions to issues or concerns on the property.
• Suggest opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Maintain safety records and ensure a safe environment for staff and residents.
• Manage the on-site maintenance team and instruct on best practices.
• Maintain budget and coordinate with 3rd party vendors.

Article Student Living is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and ensure our established standards for our communities, including safety, appearance, and all property maintenance operations. As a high-end community, the standards for grounds, community areas, and overall curb appeal are a priority. Together with the Property Manager, you will oversee the work of other maintenance staff on location. You and your team will work with residents, so excellent customer service is something we take in high regard.

You will report to the Property Manager and work with the Regional Maintenance Manager to ensure standards and met.

The pay range is $35-$38 per hour, plus an annual bonus.
