Article Student Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at Rise on Chauncey in Lafayette, IN. You will oversee a on-site maintenance team, uphold safety standards, and coordinate with the Property Manager and Regional Maintenance Manager to ensure property upkeep and resident satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in residential maintenance, EPA Universal certification, and a focus on customer service and curb appeal. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

• Maintenance and safety certifications.
• EPA Universal certification is required.
• CPO certification is favorable.

Job Description

Article Student Living is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and ensure our established standards for our communities, including safety, appearance, and all property maintenance operations. As a high-end community, the standards for grounds, community areas, and overall curb appeal are a priority. Together with the Property Manager, you will oversee the work of other maintenance staff on location. You and your team will work with residents, so excellent customer service is something we take in high regard.

You will report to the Property Manager and work with the Regional Maintenance Manager to ensure standards and met.

The pay $30.60 per hour, plus shared commission.
