Article Student Living is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee safety, appearance, and all property maintenance operations at our high-end student communities. You will lead the on-site maintenance team and work with residents to deliver exceptional service.

With 5+ years in residential maintenance and EPA Universal certification, you will manage budgets, coordinate with vendors, and ensure best practices across the property.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential apartment-style housing experience.
• Management experience overseeing maintenance staff.
• Customer service oriented and resident-facing.
• EPA Universal certification is required; CPO certification is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all physical assets of the property.
• Provide solutions to issues or concerns that may arise on the property.
• Provide suggestions for opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Maintain safety records and ensure a safe environment for staff and residents.
• Manage the on-site maintenance team and instruct on best practices.

Article Student Living is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and ensure our established standards for our communities, including safety, appearance, and all property maintenance operations. As a high‑end community, the standards for grounds, community areas, and overall curb appeal are a priority. Together with the Property Manager, you will oversee the work of other maintenance staff on location. You and your team will work with residents, so excellent customer service is something we take in high regard.

Pay range: $76,000 - $78,000, plus an annual bonus.
