Article Student Living is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to uphold safety, appearance, and all maintenance operations across our property in Isla Vista, CA. You will maintain grounds, community areas, and curb appeal while delivering professional service to residents.

The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor. Requirements include 1+ year of related maintenance or construction experience and a customer-service mindset.

Article Student Living is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to ensure our established standards for our property including safety, appearance, and all maintenance operations. You will ensure the outlook of the grounds, community areas, and overall curb appeal for the property. The daily responsibilities of the role will vary, depending on the needs of the community. You will provide professional service to the residents, so excellent customer service and a maintained personal appearance is an expectation.

You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor.

The pay range for this position is $17 - $19 per hour, plus shared commission.
