Menasha Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a mechanical maintenance crew responsible for preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and safety across production operations. You will set priorities, coach staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates bring at least 4 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems,

4+ years of relevant maintenance experience in manufacturing environments
Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and safety standards

Responsibilities

Implements maintenance and engineering strategies to ensure reliable operations
Oversees preventive maintenance program and asset longevity
Manages capital projects and budgets; defines scope, schedule and responsibilities
Leads and develops the mechanical maintenance team; ensures safety and compliance
Collaborates with operations leaders to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Maintains safety procedures and regulatory compliance
