Job summary

Corbion in Tucker, GA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who will lead maintenance planning, preventative maintenance, and rapid breakdown response for equipment and tools. You will supervise team members and subcontractors, use CMMS/SAP to develop and execute maintenance plans, and partner with cross‑functional teams to improve maintenance processes at the Tucker site.

Qualifications

Experience leading maintenance teams in an industrial setting.
Proven ability to plan and execute preventive maintenance programs.
Familiar with CMMS (SAP) for work orders and documentation.
Knowledge of electrical systems (480V/3‑phase) and instrumentation.
Strong communication and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise, support, and work with maintenance team to perform preventive maintenance and repairs safely, per SOPs and regulatory standards.
Plan, assign, monitor, and schedule daily maintenance work with internal resources and contractors.
Develop and maintain maintenance job plans, SOPs, and CMMS records for Tucker site.
Coordinate contractor work, communicate safety expectations, and conduct post-job reviews.
Collaborate with operations, QA, reliability, and procurement to improve maintenance processes and spares.
