Job summary

Carnegie Search in Southeast Atlanta is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join the leadership team at a facility with 200+ full-time employees.

You will lead a team of Maintenance Technicians across multiple shifts, analyze equipment data to predict future performance, and assist with inventory management, replacement parts, and custom tooling design. This role targets an executive maintenance leader for a growing operations group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading a maintenance team in a manufacturing setting.
• Hands on mechanical knowledge.
• Experience in a Chemical Processing, Consumer Products, Pulp and Paper, or other similar industry preferred but not required.
• Desire to join an executive leadership team.

Carnegie Search is hiring for a Maintenance Manager position in Southeast Atlanta!

This company is a well known business with over 50 locations globally. This is a leadership position that will join the management team of a facility with over 200 full time employees.

The Maintenance Manager will lead a team of Maintenance Technicians with responsibilities across multiple shifts. The successful candidate will leverage a combied data oriented approach with hands on mechanical knowledge to maximize uptime and increase Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).

Job Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15-20 Maintenance Technicians across multiple shifts
• Analyze equipment data, downtime, and failures to predict future performance
• Assist with Inventory Management, Replacement Part Stock, Custom Tooling /Tool Design, etc.
• Manage team, interview new hires, lead performance management of the maintenance team
• Participate in new Capital Equipment Reviews. Select New Equipment. Help Project Management installations, etc.
