Reporting to the Maintenance Section Supervisor, this role offers strong growth potential with pathways into Facilities, Engineering, Supply Chain, Technology, and Division Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Computer skills (Excel – basic formulas and Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach a team of maintenance technicians and coordinators — setting clear performance expectations, building accountability, and recognizing high achievement.
• Oversee repair and maintenance of plant manufacturing equipment, including break-fix, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and spares management.
• Champion a safe work culture — model safe practices, ensure team compliance, and proactively identify and address unsafe conditions.
• Manage staffing allocation to align with production shift support requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to meet objectives across quality, operating expenses, inventory, equipment uptime, and on-time shipment.
