Qualifications

• 2 years of education beyond high school or technical training.
• 5 to 7 years of work experience in maintenance or related field.
• Food/Beverage processing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and participate in maintenance best practices and ISO/KORE standards.
• Manage scheduled and emergency work via direct reports and scheduling.
• Schedule and provide technical, safety, and system training; lead in planning and parts room management.
• Lead and motivate a team to deliver results and coach performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain a strong customer focus.
