Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor - COLD
Reports to: Drew Sasse
Nonexempt Hourly Rate:	Type of Position: Full-time / Exempt
Hours:	1st shift, flexible as needed

General Description:

Prioritize work orders and schedule mechanics based on urgency. Monitor production areas to ensure equipment functionality. Perform skilled maintenance including construction, welding, brazing, soldering, plumbing, and hydraulics. Adjust, repair, and replace electrical and electronic equipment. Participate in HAZMAT team to ensure emergency preparedness. Promote safety in all maintenance activities. Complete required paperwork such as payroll and attend scheduled meetings. Maintain focus on food safety and safety-minded practices.

Required Skills:

• Work 40+ hours per week in all plant areas.
• Communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Possess considerable knowledge of building, mechanical, and electrical trades.
• Previous mechanical and related experience required.
• Understand occupational hazards and safety precautions.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
