Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of crafts personnel in daily maintenance tasks and PM checks, aligned with HeidelbergCement strategy. This role reports to the Mechanical Maintenance Manager and supports plant projects with mechanical input.

The candidate should have 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience (1-2 years in supervision), strong leadership, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience including 1-2 years in supervision.
• Experience with large rotating heavy industry machinery.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work in confined spaces and lift up to 50 lbs; available for off-shift and weekend coverage.

Job description

Ensure tools and consumables are available and in good condition.

What We Are Looking For

5 years of mechanical maintenance experience including 1-2 years in supervision, or equivalent training/education.

Experience with large rotating heavy industry machinery.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Ability to work in confined spaces and lift up to 50 lbs; available for off-shift and weekend coverage.

Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:00pm, additional hours may be required per business needs

Participation in bi-weekly on-call program for after-hours maintenance support.
