Responsibilities include directing maintenance operations, assigning work, preparing reports, and ensuring high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years maintenance experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC.
• Ability to perform general janitorial duties.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to use hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers and saws.
• Ability to safely use power tools such as drills and circular saws.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work cooperatively with on-site staff, vendors and residents.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise day-to-day maintenance operations, including scheduling and assigning work and keeping timely reports.
• Handle invoices, time cards, and employee documentation.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks to preserve community value across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and exterior work.
• Oversee vendor management and administrative recordkeeping for maintenance.
• Address service requests for vacant apartments to market-ready status.
