Qualifications

• 3+ years apartment maintenance experience.
• 1-2 years maintenance supervisory experience.
• EPA Universal certification required.
• HVAC certification required.
• Refrigeration certification and basic business finance knowledge preferred.
• Irrigation knowledge is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders within 24 hours and ensure follow-up.
• Oversee in-house and vendor maintenance work; manage inventory and supplies.
• Coordinate apartment turn efforts and leasing support to meet financial goals.
• Recruit, interview, and train maintenance staff; supervise all maintenance personnel.
