• 1-2 years maintenance supervisory experience
• EPA Universal certification required

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders within 24 hours and follow up
• Oversee preventative maintenance and supervise in‑house and vendor work
• Order supplies and track inventory
• Coordinate apartment turn‑over efforts
• Assist with renewal and leasing efforts to meet financial goals
• Interview, screen, and hire maintenance staff
• Supervise and train maintenance personnel
