AGM Management is seeking a full-time Apartment Maintenance Supervisor in Charlotte, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of apartment maintenance, ensuring the delivery of well-maintained units and timely repairs to service requests. Responsibilities include managing vendors, performing inspections, and maintaining grounds to uphold excellent curb appeal.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience, valid driver's license, and EPA certification preferred. The position offers a competitive salary, health and vision insurance, paid vacation, and a monthly bonus based on occupancy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance vendors and coordinate work.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare apartments for market, including repairs.
• Address resident service requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas.
• Perform on-call emergency repairs.
