Job summary

American Landmark Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for our 338-unit community at 8 Metro Station, Charlotte, NC. This full-time role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager and focuses on reliable upkeep of the property.

You will respond to work orders within 24 hours, perform make-readies for leasing, manage paperwork, track supplies, and coordinate re-orders while supporting the team on daily tasks and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• HVAC Certified (Requirement).
• Prior experience in multi-family housing.
• Electrical & plumbing skills / troubleshooting ability.
• Irrigation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Responding to work orders within 24 hours.
• Complete the 'make-ready' process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing.
• Complete paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion so that service requests can be documented and tracked.
• Tracking inventory used.
• Notifying the Maintenance Supervisor about re-ordering needs.
